Nuala believes that everything
is possible – this belief makes her a challenging coach.
She has an amazing ability to gain insight into situations
very quickly and identify the areas that require change.
Nuala is solutions orientated and can adopt a number of roles
for her clients from coach, to facilitator, to management
consultant. Her comprehension of all sizes of business has
been gained through her own corporate career and through the
development of her own businesses. Nuala has both entrepreneurial
flair and extensive experience of global corporations. This
all serves to form an alternative and intriguing style that
has delivered outstanding success both personally and for
her clients.
Nuala’s career began in sales and she was still in her
twenties when she became Sales Director for a major player
in the computer industry. This success continued having established
her own computer sales company, which grew at an exceptional
rate. Having capitalised her business Nuala started her work
as a coach following a long period of self-development in
this field.
Nuala believes that most learning happens in turbulent times
and she says, “Life is a great teacher, when we are
willing to learn the lessons”. Nuala developed Being
the Change as a consultancy that always challenges the norm
and always asks individuals to look within. Nuala says “Being
the change – that means YOU – be a role model.
Manifest what you want to see in the world. Then in the words
of Ghandi, Be the change that you want to see in the world.”
Nuala believes that we all can play a bigger game and says,
“…and to do that we need to open our minds and
our hearts, make some room, develop some new skills and add
some new tools. The good news is that it is a lot simpler
than you think.”
Nuala coaches at the most senior levels of organisations yet
her incredible style and ability to build rapport and connect
with others means that she is often an influential figure
throughout every level of an organisation. Her willingness
to bring others on is demonstrated by the personal time that
she invests in others to ensure that talent flourishes and
that individuals seize the opportunities that are there.
