Our Programmes / Talent Development Coaching

Our Talent and Career Planning programme uses the expertise of experienced senior HR professionals to help support the management of careers.

This is further complimented by an appointed coach who will support the individual through the chosen programme.

Individuals will be provided with the tools they need to place them in their next key role. Our programme will focus on the future, the goals of the individual and the opportunities that are now available.

Through our long standing relationships, we maintain key strategic partnerships with specific industry players within print & packaging, pharmaceuticals, media, information technology and management consulting. These key relationships will ensure that our clients receive constructive advice and feedback to enable them to maximise all opportunities to the benefit of their long term career.

The Talent and Career Planning programme continues for a period of three months and will provide the following:

-	Direction Planning to include psychometric testing and highly structured feedback on career to date and future career development
-	CV Development
-	Review and Development of Interview techniques
-	Development of personal marketing plan and approach to market
-	Access to a broad range of clients and research capabilities
-	Exclusive access to appointment databases and executive search database
-	Individual coaching sessions with Talent Support Coach
