Our Talent / Vivienne Redgrave

Skills Trainer, Facilitator and Coach, Vivienne has worked in the sales and service industry for many years, primarily managing call centres and sales offices, with the focus being on training her people to deliver top class service to clients. She went on to specialise in setting up coaching programmes for a variety of companies to help support the learning achieved from training workshops.

For the last six years Vivienne has worked as a training consultant advising companies on their training programmes and designing and delivering the bespoke workshops.

”Providing your people with the skills to do the job is a crucial step for business success, but all too often we place them in a position with little or no preparation and expect them to know what to do and how to do it.

Sending people on a training course is great, as long as there is a support system back in the workplace to carry on the learning. By having a rounded programme of tailored workshops and individual coaching we can ensure that support is there.

I know both from my own experience and of the teams I have managed, that when we have been equipped with the skills and know how to do the job, we will do that job with enthusiasm and commitment. My absolute passion has been to ensure people are given that opportunity.”
